TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website is owned and operated by Cap City Detail & Ceramic Coatings. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors automotive detailing services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

REFUND POLICY

Cap City Detail & Ceramic Coatings sells some products that are eligible for a refund. Please ask ahead of the time of purchase if your purchase is eligible. If purchase was made via debit/credit card, the refund will be processed immediately. If your purchase was made via Venmo or CashApp, refunds will be processed on the last business day of the month that the refund is requested.

REFERRAL BONUSES

Referral bonuses can only be honored if the referred client completes the entire order that they have placed and/or paid for the entire order they placed or for the services that they received/were to receive. If the aforementioned was not fulfilled and you had already redeemed your referral bonus on good faith, you will be billed for the amount of said referral bonus.

CERAMIC WARRANTY

Missing your yearly inspection will cause the warranty to become inactive. Reactivating the warranty must be made within 90 days and a fee of $125 will apply. This would be recommended because it would ensure the cars future inspections and free top-ups if it should require it.

JANUARY CERAMIC SALE

Payment must be made at the time of booking.
